We are running on OCI.
When there are amendments to the enrolment record i.e. either when a student is initially term activated or when they drop a course or when they withdraw from a program all together, is there a way of checking if no fees have been raised against the student account when in fact there should have been,
We have had cases where students have not been charged and are looking for a mechanism or report to easily identify this using standard processes.
