Can we force rapidwiz to install 19c binaries by default during FRESH E business suite installation

At present, when we trigger rapidwiz. It starts 12.1.0.2 oracle home installation which makes installation a lengthy and complex. Is there a way we can directly install 19c in fresh installations case.

Even if it is 12c then getting Tier1 access to download 12c patches as ETCC patches recommend to apply which are difficult to get.
