Solution to load Apr-Mar fiscal year data from SAP system which produces Jan-Dec only

Hi Experts,

We need help to build solution for HFM Application where in the SAP source system can produce TB YTD data from Jan to Dec. But we have to build hfm app for Indian entities where they follow Apr to Mar calendar. How do we convert the TB data which follows Jan to Dec to Apr to Mar as required in our case. We don't have April to Mar data readily coming out of the SAP system. SAP system can extract Jan to Dec and we have to convert it to April to Mar.
