Good morning, has anyone got this error after applying the RUP17 patch? BNE_CREATE_DOC_ERROR Cause:

Oracle ERP R12.2.11

ZA Localization

I get this error when using the "BEE Spreadsheet Interface", with the HRMS Manager responsibility, when the WEB ADI spreadsheet is supposed to download.

 Patch Details (oracle.com) We've applied this patch but the problem still exists.

Patch 34708635: BNE & FRM PRODUCTS HAVING ISSUES WITH UPTAKE TXK DELTA 14 (HAVING LATEST POI LIBRARIES 3.17) IF EBS RELEASE 12.2.11 OR LOWER

Does anyone have any recommendations before I log a SR?
