Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What to do if Performance Hub is missing only for some dbs in the Enterprise Manager 13.5

DB version 19.18 EE, OEM version 13.5, Agent Oem 13.4.
