How to read screen and view information using Siebel Open UI javascript

We are on Siebel 22.12 and we have received several questions around the screen menu on application.

Currently Siebel will not reveal the view information until you move to the required screen. We need to find a way to display other screen>views list on mouse hover without actually going into that screen/view.

Is this possible through Siebel Open UI API?
