P4021 ZJDE0001 when we Contract the Available to promise chart control,Grid below it does'nt move up

We are on Tools 9.2.7.3 .When we go in P4021 ZJDE0001 ,and when we expand/Contract the Available to promise chart control,The Grid below it does'nt move up/down.It stays in one fixed place.When we checked the same in other releases eg 9.2.4.3 or 9.2.7.4 or 9.2.6.1 it moves up and down when chart control is expanded or contracted.Can anyone help on this please.
