Order Qty in Secondary UOM and Price based on Primary UOM

We are on Oracle EBS On Premise 12.2.12. We need to setup an item to be priced based on 1000 pcs, Costing to be done based on 1000 pcs . To achieve this have define primary UOM of Each which would be representative of 1000 pcs. The secondary UOM would be Pieces(PCS) .

The costing and pricing for these items need to be done based on 1000 pieces and price to be displayed per 1000 pieces on the order entry screen. However the quantity which will be entered will be in secondary UOM pieces as the customer would always place order in pieces.

Is there a way to enter the order quantity in secondary uom and have the pricing displayed in primary UOM(Each - 1000 pieces) on the order line ?
