How to setup different schedules on the same BICC datastore

I want to have two extracts of a datastore e.g. CrmAnalyticsAM.OpportunityAM.Revenue going to two destinations for different reporting use cases. One would be scheduled daily and the other hourly.

Is this possible? My concern is that the last extract datetime seems to be held at the datastore level so even if I setup two 'offerings' it wont make a difference and the schedules will interfere with each other's incremental datetimes.
