Can you fix the size of a Fix/Inspect form so a browser will not change it?

JD Edwards Enterprise 9.2

A Message form, when it pops up in a browser remains as designed so you can see the form behind it. Message forms, however, only allow push button objects. I need to have a popup form that allows me to put a date (DATE01) on the form and require a value. I can use a Fix/Inspect form to do the but the browser does not pop up the form in front of the calling form, it auto expands the form to fill the window. Is there a way to fix the size of the Fix/Inspect form
