Added drag and drop function to upload attachments of records

When adding or editing records in BP, we can upload files to the Attachments tab or Comments tab.

However, it is inconvenient because there is no drag and drop function when uploading files.

Most sites support drag and drop functionality, and many of our users are accustomed to uploading files by drag and drop.

I wish I could upload files by dragging and dropping. I think work efficiency will increase a lot.
