How to view HugeClob Data in hr_api_trasnsactions.transaction_document

Hello Folks,

R12.1.3

 How to view the data in hr_api_trasnsactions.transaction_document column ? im using toad and its displayed as HugeClob

And tried from toad setting >Options > Data > Checkbox - Preview CLOB and LONG data, but didn’t worked word HugeClob just disappeared when I selected this option.
