National Insurance change from 12% to 10%

Hello Team

Chancellor, Jeremy Hunt, has delivered the Autumn Statement.

As part of his statement he had announced the following change effective from 6-JAN-2024

"There will be a cut to employee National Insurance, from 12% to 10%. Not to be implemented from the new tax year but from 6 January 2024"

Can you kindly confirm patch availability date for this?
