Ability to run any job within OEM 13.4 when not sysman

OEM 13.4

We want to reduce the need to have to be connected as sysman in OEM and we want to be able to re-run any failed job as these are all owned by sysman.

If I am logged in as an Administrator, though I can see all jobs, if I want to re-run one, I cannot as it tells me I do not have the required access.

Is there a setting in OEM in the security or job set-up which would allow anyone who is set as an Administrator or Super Administrator to do this?
