XOffice Store Cloud Enrollment error - Enrollment failed: Unable to connect

We are trying to enroll a store to be able to communicate to Cloud Services such as ORCE. OROB e SIOCS.
Client ID e Client secret were generated and configured in all Cloud Services see attached.
Client ID and CLient Secret were added through Xadmin Credentials Storage and we can see the record in Xcenter DB with service_id= IDCS. We also validated Client ID and Client Secret using SOAPUI and token was retrieved successfully.
We added client ID in OROB for webservice , we assigned ApiAccess and integration_users roles in IDCS, but we are still getting the error below in Xadmin log:
