Replacement NVME Disk on X7-2m not incorporated into ASM

in Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered ✓

We had a failed NVME disk on our X7-2m running ODA Release 19.10.

The system has 5 NVME Disks in total.

After my colleague inserted the new disk, the disk is visible but has not been incorporated into ASM.

I followed the instructions in
