Is it possible to make a personalization to the Buyers Work Center re PO "Finally Close

Using: Oracle Applications : 12.2.12 RDBMS : 19.0.0.0.0 EBS

Problem: Payables Team complaining of being unable to match invoices to finally closed PO's or to pay invoices where the PO has been finally closed before invoice validation, posting etc.

Note - 90% of PO's are finally closed via Buyers Work Center and 10% via Core Forms (PO Summary)

Requirement: Payables would like Buyers to get either an error or warning pop up message as and when they finally close a PO with matched but unapproved, unposted or unpaid invoices.

Question: I can achieve this if the finally close action is done via core forms by doing a forms personalization. However, how I can do the same for Buyers Work Center? Has anybody done this? If so would appreciate the detailed steps. Thanks
