Table Name to find the Segments of SIT Pending Approval

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello Folks,

R12.1.3

 I need to get the segments of SIT which pending approval.

As per document, What Tables Store SIT Key Flexfield Information For Self Service (Doc ID 1371464.1)

segment data sorted in column TRANSACTION_DOCUMENT but I find this CLOB Colum is blank !! no data inside it at all !!
