While upgrading from XE to 92 Media object table F00165 is not populated

Oracle JD Edwards 9.2, TR 9.2.5.6

We are upgrading from XE (B7333) to 9.2 release, it is noticed that media object table F00165 (under Business data) has been cleared out post conversion. While checking found that F00165T is having data however F00165 is failed to populate. Check attached PDF output.
