Rebuild the Standby database using fresh backup of Primary

Oracle Database 19c.

I am reverting back my Database from snapshot to Physical Standby. After running below command getting ERROR.

SQL> alter database convert to physical standby;


ERROR at line 1:

ORA-00283: recovery session canceled due to errors

ORA-38770: FLASHBACK DATABASE failed during recovery.

ORA-19899: missing incarnation information
