Oracle SBC - cli command "show SipSessionNotInRedEntry"

Hello, 

I discovered this command "show SipSessionNotInRedEntry" on Oracle SBC (version 9.2) but I can't find any information/explanation about it in the Oracle documentations.

Could someone tell me what it does?
