Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Avoid batch from unrelease if there are already transaction exist, like wip issue, Wip Issue returns etc,

can we avoid to unrelease the batch, by seeded functionality, without using form personalization option?
