How can I get my database and OEM up and running again?
I received a notification stating that the archive log destination (FRA), has reached its maximum capacity.
When I attempted to log in and empty it, the 19C database stalled at the mount stage and did not proceed to the open stage.
I got the error message ORA-03113.
My OEM says ' Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (13.5) is not currently available. The EMGC_OMS server where Cloud Control runs, or some other component, might be down.'
