Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC)

Hello, I have a question. Some users are not able to view some items in the planning workbench .

Users are using their own user id and for some users the planning workbench for a particular plan is not retrieving the item details.

But we are able to view the items using our admin user ids.

Is there any permission issue or any folder query issue we need to check?

The users who can access the same items are having some different folder query than the user who is not able to see the item details.
