Oracle e-business suite version 12.2.7. Enterprise Asset Management module

Dear All,

Could you please clarify on the following questions regarding Work Request Approval Process: 1. Is it possible to reopen or edit a Rejected Work Request? Are there specific system settings that need to be adjusted?

2.Can we configure the system so that during the approval process, if someone requests More Information, it is not possible to Approve or Reject the Work Request until the requester receives an answer?
