Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I found in alert log file some entry about error ORA-12012

My database is a Oracle Database Express 18c

Latest error on alert log file :

But is the procedure on the article can be applied on oracle Express database instance ?
