How to get confidential opportunities using Oracle Sales Cloud REST API version 11.13.18.05?

Oracle Sales Cloud API version 11.13.18.05

The following REST API call /crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/opportunities?finder=MyOpportunitiesFinder;RecordSet= 'ALLOPTIES' doesn't return the confidential opportunities. I can get the individual confidential opportunity using /crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/opportunities/{OptyNumber} but getting all isn't working.
