FSCM Contract/Billing issue CA_BP_EVENT vs CA_BP_SCHEDULE discrepancy

Hello All,

  Was wondering if any of you have encountered the following issue with some of your contracts/bill plans . We have a small populations of contract/bill plans with this issue and we have not been able to replicate or understand what is causing it. We've search for possible bug fixes by oracle and have not come across one that actually addresses/fixes this problem 

Bill Plan: Set up as Milestone

Add an event line

Save

Check CA_BP_EVENT record it matched value ex 100

Check CA_BP_SCHEDULE Value for REV and UAR line is 103.34 (NOTE additional amount is not always the same)
