CPU VS PSU/RU

Hi all,

Good Day

We are on 19.14 RAC on RHEL8 . We apply PSU/RU patches

Our ISO team is asking to apply CPU patches . As per my understanding PSU/RU contains sercurity fixes as well. If so , is there a way to prove it ,either from oracle documentation or any other way . Kindly advise.
