Hi, we are getting the below error when processing open enrollment. One EMPLID was noted, but we couldn't find an issue with the records. This is our first-time finalizing OE. 🤔 Any suggestion would be appreciated. 

Open Enrollment Scheduling Started at 09:05:18.92.
ERROR EMPLID=100009              ,BENEFIT_RCD#=  0
 
Application Program Failed
 In Pgm Section  : INSERT-PARTIC                                       
 With Return Code: 00805 
 Error Message   : INSERT or UPDATE would result in duplicate rows in a table with a UNIQUE index
