Punch time not clearing Task Elements after PUM 47

PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, PUM 47, Tools 8.60.03

After applying PUM 47, users who use Punch Time in T&L are having an issue with the Task Elements (we use DeptID) not flushing / reseting as it should.

Example, a manager goes to Team Time and changes a punch time reporters information, such as DeptID. When they navigate using the Next Person, and needing to enter time for that person, after entering punch in/out, the DeptID is populated with the DeptID from the previous person. In another scenario, a manager needs to update the DeptID on a row, and when they change it, it removes the DeptID from the row above it.
