How far back can I process a W2c?

Hi. We are on EBS 12.2

It is currently 2023, we need to process a W2c for an employee back to 2015 through 2019 to correct their SSN. But the parameters for the W-2c Pre-Process only goes back to 2020. Is this accurate? Can this be completed systematically?
