Usage Stats for Data Entry Forms (WDEF) in HFM

Oracle EPM - Hyperion Financial Management v11.2.11

Does anyone know if there are reports or stats administrators can see that will tell which Data Entry Forms (WDEF) have been used/ opened, or if a running counter can be applied to them via the script and then reported on?

Task Audit captures when data has been loaded by a Data Form but it doesnt tell you which form the user has used, or for that matter which entity they have used it for unless you cross reference with the Data Audit which is time consuming.
