Business function, XT4314ZN? comment out the code "SAR# 8944047 Begin" and "SAR#

Background:

Since our last upgrade our subledger information has been missing from our Retainage Accounts.

This is due to Business function XT4314ZN a bug fix that was implemented back in 2012. To fix this I will need to comment out that big fix from XT4314ZN however, now the match voucher process is throwing these errors.

Does any have any ideas on how to fix this?
