How to migrate Primavera P6 PPM 8.2.2 from Oracle Database v11.2 to Microsoft SQL 2022?

Dear all,

We are facing the following problem: Migration fails after running migrate.bat from Oracle Database 11.2 to Microsoft SQL 2022.

In details: After a successful initialization of the process, data starts to migrate but the procedure always fails to run ssppm_ins_aux.sql with the error "Error in Run SQL Script ssppm_ins_aux.sql : DatabaseToolException (The ALTER TABLE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "fk_filtprop_users". The conflict occurred in database "PMDB82M", table "dbo.USERS", column 'user_id'.)" and the procedure stops.

We would appreciate your advice as soon as possible since we are in the middle of the migration process and no client can connect to the database
