Oracle RDBMS EE licensing question

I am planning an upgrade and migration and want to make sure that the Oracle license that was purchased is sufficient to cover RDBMS 19c running on the new hardware, SPARC T8-1 running Solaris 11.

Here are some facts:

psrinfo on the new hardware says there is one physical processor with 8 cores and 8 virtual processors per core for a total of 64 virtual processors.

prtdiag says there are 64 online virtual CPUs and they're all 5067 MHz SPARC-M8.

The Description / License Type on the license purchase says "Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Named User Plus Perpetual" and the Quantity says 125. The Part Number of the license says L10001.
