Error with Appraisal Approval

Dears

I am facing error after final approve for the appraisal (EBS ORACLE ) the error is

( Your Appraisal performed on (Employee Name ) has encountered the following Application Error:

change_appr_status log=Success^&&apply_to_personal_profile log=&&update_train_component_status log=&&create_event log=&&error is= -1400: non-ORACLE exception )


I search on google there is the same issue in Oracle support but they ask about some

deleted segments in Addition objectives flexfield , I am sure there are no segments deleted before


so please I need urgent support
