unique constraint error when coping a page with Facets

Using APEX 23.2

Just upgraded to 23.2 and if I have a Classic Report as a sub region and place the Facet Search region anywhere except in the same Sub Region, I can not copy the page. It returns a error that a unique constraint has been violated. The error page and examples of different set ups are below. This can be duplicated on our end by creating a new application, adding the regions as shown in the screen shots below and try to copy it to a new page. Are we the only ones, or is this a new glitch in 23?
