is Oracle EPM Cloud Enterprise license required for out-of-box integration with Oracle PPM cloud ?

We have oracle cloud EPM standard license so my question is it mandatory to obtain the enterprise license so i can enable out of box integration with my existing oracle fusion application such oracle cloud PPM?
