Using ISG Service "Order Import Concurrent Program" (Internal name OEOIMP)

Hello everyone, this is my first post in the community. Hopefully I provide enough info, please let me know if you need more details.

Tried in EBS 12.2.4 and 12.2.12, was able to expose/deploy this import process and interface tables within ISG (Integrated SOA Gateway) Integration Repository. Has anyone had success inserting into the interface tables using the service operations? The GET operations (verbs) work fine, but the POST operations return no response. I am using the following payload as an example and getting no response back for POST operations. Audit/monitoring in Integration Repository Administration shows request was successful and the response is blank there too. Nothing is showing up in the logs that looks like an error. Is
