Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a problem that I have not come across before

EBS 12.2.10 on Linux RHel 7 and DB 19,18

I cloned the production database down to a preproduction instance,

As the preproduction clone is at the same version/patches etc as production I did not clone the apps tier. The preproduction apps tier is intact.

I have unplugged and recreated the pluggable to change the database name. I ran the database autoconfig. I did NOT run the apps tier autoconfig

i then went to change the passwords.

I changed the ebs_system via the alter user

i changed sysadmin , ODM and all the apps schemas using AFPASSWD.
