How to download and install Sql*Plus in Window 11

SqlPlus 12c or above

I have a new workstation with Window 11 installed and need to download and install Sql*Plus on this PC, can I install it without having to install Oracle Database locally. I only need to have Sql*Plus installed so that I can add tns entries to query our Oracle database.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
