Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I need to create multiple specifications for the same validity, the same item in OPM Quality Manager. For example:

Specification: 1121030001 _ Q195_ Ver1, Validity Rule: Source - Inventory, Org: 021, Change status ==> Approve
Specification: 1121030001 _ Q195_ Ver2, Validity Rule: Source - Inventory, Org: 021, Change status ==> Can't approve this rule, Because this rule is the same rule in 1121030001 _ Q195_ Ver1
