EOne tables

Hello

We will need to store a new invoice number in our tables following requests of some countries.

This would be a number that could be up to 200 characters long. To date, I see that in table F0411 for example, there is no field offering such a length and all solution given from oracle documentation web depend to add a new field into the table or create new table. 

Is there a localization at Oracle or will it exist soon for this needs or is there any table accept to add a number with 200 characters and more ?
