Looking for suggestions to resolve PS Supplier Portal page loading issue on Chrome.

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM 38.

We use the Supplier Portal for our suppliers to submit bid responses to strategic sourcing events.

We recently, within the last two weeks, started having an issue with the Supplier Portal loading on Edge and Chrome. With research, we were able to find resolutions steps for the Edge issue which involved turning off the setting "Use hardware acceleration when available." Edge was displaying the message, "Waiting for cache."

Chrome does not display any message. The resolution we used for Edge was tried with Chrome but does not resolve the issue.

Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!
