retrieve Asset Retirements Report formulas

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can provide me the formulas (sql query) for Cost retired, net book value retired, proceeds of sale, removal cost, gain/loss, and trans number.

They come from Oracle applications standard report Asset Retirements Report FAS440.rdf. I do not have access to Oracle reports and would like to re-create the report for BI publisher.
