on Inspection receiving collection plan does not show Sample size

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

i created a Sampling plan and added the sample lot size to be inspected during receiving inspection, COlection plan is a transaction based on item and Sampling association is also done for the item , However on inspection the collection plan comes up without any display of sample size and details

Please help
