Oracle EBS forms continually crash

  • Oracle EBS 12.2.3 AD&TXK 12 ATG 4 , 2 shared apps tiers.
  • Oracle Database 19.20
  • Oracle Linux 7.9 on OCI
  • Oracle OCI Loadbalancer

It's month end. This seems to happen every month end, but not this bad. Forms crashing for users, all users, all different forms. consistently. I can open view concurrent request , it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to crash. with this error:

FRM-92102: A network error has occurred. The Forms CLient has attempted to reestablish its connection to the Server 5 time(s) without sucess. Please check the network connection and try again later.

We have 2 forms_server# 2G each, 2 oacore_server# 2G each. We increased this to 4G each, then added 2 more oacore. We tried to add 2 more forms_servers but users were kicked out and could not log back in and it crashed.
