Orchestrator Scheduler Does Not Auto-Start After we restart the AIS Server

greetings,

We are on 9.2.5.5 tools release and we are using AIS (WebLogic Server Version: 12.2.1.3.0) , we try to start scheduler service from ORCH and it works fine but after we restart AIS the service is unable to restart automatically!!

I found this document (E1: ORCH: Orchestrator Scheduler Does Not Auto-Start After the AIS Server has been Stopped and Restarted (Doc ID 2828281.1))

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

  • Login to the server manager
  • Access the required AIS instance
  • Access -->Configuration-->Advanced-->Security Information
  • Retype Keystore Password and Certificate Password under Application Interface Services JWT Generation Settings
  • Click Apply
  • Restart the AIS instance
