Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Do anyone know why a Cancelled Invoice in october which is closed affects in october not november ?

oracle EBS R12

invoice is created in october and now its closed period

and november is the opened period

why cancellation is affecting in october not in november

and how can i prevent cancelling when the period is closed
